Malice™ Redesign (2022)

I've been redesigning my old OG characters this year.
Their back stories haven't changed much, but their overall appearances and some abilities have.
Here, we have Malice™
I'll not go deep into his story and powers just yet. But here are the basics of his origin:
Kelly Parker (AKA: Malice) is adducted by Monk's enemies and experimented on. The Aliens eventually remove his head strip it and generally experimented him without the intention of reviving him. Their experiments did not go as planned and Kelly's body was destroyed. His skull and brain was all that remained, and kept as a trophy of sorts, within the same containment unit. Due to the experiments, Kelly's brain slowly sparked back to life and he quietly observed the aliens as they worked. During that time his powers began to manifest, providing Kelly to form a new body. However, his original form would forever be gone. Whatever was done to him, refused to allow his skull and brain to connect to his new energy based form. And he found he could shape shift into nearly anything he could imagine. Years before their passing, Kelly's parents had given him a winter jacket that became his security blanket. As a means to remember his past life, Kelly uses his powers to form that jacket onto his new body.
