Spartan Race Logo Design Challenge

There's a little logo design challenge happening at the moment, for The Spartan Race®. It's not for a official logo. Mostly for fun and learning. I'm super short on time so I'll only be entering once. Having a 12-15 hour desk job and also needing to deal with a MAJOR family emergency, tends to eat up time. I'm afraid I'll only have the time to enter one submission. And this is it
I've kept the shirt mock-ups simple as it'd be wasted time. Seeing as the overall logo design is the focus on the contest. The emblem is meant to be the head of a Spartan (not just the helmet) while also forming the shape of a runner. To an extent, the helmet's crest is also meant to represent a energy/power bar. In hindsight, I should have added the power bar look to the name's arrow. That way it flows with the logo/emblem better. I probably should have also made the arrow a spear. I may play with that later. But as far as I'm concerned, the design is complete.
